REFUND/RETURNS POLICY

We currently do not accept refunds or returns at this time. All sales are final.

In the event that your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours at info@chrissybrimmage.com. These instances will be handled on a case by case basis.

We are not responsible for any lost packages. In the event that your package is lost, a claim should be filed with USPS. If the order lost was a print order, we may be able to replace your order provided that the buyer pays the shipping fee. Please contact us at info@chrissybrimmage.com if this occurs. These instances will be handled on a case by case basis.  

 

 

SHIPPING POLICY

Although we aim to ship all products immediately, please allow at least 1-2 weeks after the payment is made for the product to be shipped. All products will be shipped within 1-2 weeks of payment unless specifically noted on the product page. Please also allow 3-7 days for deliveries.

Before confirming your order, please verify that your address is correct. Orders being shipped to apartment complexes must include an apartment number, or else the order will be undeliverable. In the case of an order being undeliverable due to an insufficient address, the purchaser will be responsible for all fees incurred for redelivering. 

 

 

PAYMENT POLICY

We accept all major credit cards. If you have any payment concerns, please contact us via the "contact" page regarding the payment process. Shipping and Handling fees will be added to the selling price. The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight of your products. Before the final checkout page, you will be shown what the cost of shipping will be, and you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.
